Classics for everybody
Hardly anything represents Austrian craftsmanship and tradition more than porcelain from the traditional manufactory in Vienna's Augarten.
Since 1718, vases, cups and figurines have been moulded, repeatedly fired, glazed and hand-painted in a complex process. Polishing with sea sand and agate is what makes precious gold and platinum decorations shine.
Bestsellers are the small treasures and exquisite decorative objects - perfect gifts for every occasion: champagne bowls in delicate colours and elegant gilding, deceptively real-looking porcelain tins of typical Viennese pastry specialities such as Kaisersemmel or Krapfen, but also lemon or croissant tins that bring a smile to you face.
