ZeZe ware is a pottery that was established by the Zee Feudal Lord in the early Edo period under the guidance of Enshu Kobori, who was a tea ceremony instructor for the Shogun Family.
Through Zee ware, we would like to contribute to world peace through the culture and art lifestyle based on the tradition and aesthetics of the tea ceremony, and the spirit of hospitality that allows us to get along with anyone with the diversity that Japan boasts to the world.
The works are based on Enshu Kobori's aesthetic sense of "Kirei Savvy" and has overcome various managerial hardships in history to the present.
Currently, based on traditional techniques centered on Zee glaze, we produce a variety of ceramics such as works with overglaze paint and dye.
We also produce pottery that can be used in modern daily lives such as champaign cooler, flower vase and sake cups.
